Byron received an overall grade of “A,” placing the District in the top 8 percent of all school districts in Illinois.  The ranking system is based on a rigorous analysis of academic and student life data from the U.S. Department of Education along with test scores, college data, and ratings collected from millions of Niche users.

“This acknowledgment reflects the significant value our District places on providing our students with the best educational experiences possible,” said District Superintendent Buster Barton.  “It also reflects the strong partnerships that have been established between our school staff and their students and families.   I congratulate everyone involved in this achievement.”
