Ceramics/Sculpture Class Introduced to Raku

Raku is a Japanese technique of firing glazed ware in a reduction atmosphere, meaning the ware is removed from the kiln when extremely hot (roughly 1500 degrees) and placed in a chamber with materials that will catch fire (sawdust, straw, etc.), the ware is suffocated of oxygen and really cool things happen to the glazes.
